He spent eight years as Headmaster of International schools in The Philippines, and is a governor of a leading British international school John is the CEO of UK-based Constellation Group

Lucy Wayman
With over 25 years experience teaching and leading in schools, Lucy is fully dedicated to working with children of all ages, from nursery to university. She assesses children for specific learning difficulties, and provides specialist teaching plans and recommendations.

Lucy is also an expert in training school staff and parents in all matters relating to education, SEND and parenting.

With two decades of experience in the education sector, Nicola has worked in seven schools - specialising in Admissions and helping students find their 'right fit'.

Having lived and owned her own businesses abroad, she brings a wealth of experience and understanding to supporting families considering an education away from home. Nicola strives to ensure applicants reveal the most fascinating parts of their character and shine a light on their passions and personal achievements.

Alastair Montgomery
Alastair is the Managing Director of Academic Profiling Tests (APT) - developed in 2020 with the TEE team, and now used by over 100 trusted academic organisations worldwide.
He was the founding director of UKiset in 2014 - an admissions exam used by UK schools assessing international applicants. He works with education organisations in developing tools to gain a clearer picture of academic strengths and challenges.

Tutoring Services
Bristol Tutorial College
Bristol Tutorial College recognises that, for many students, they may work best outside of a traditional school structure and may also desire a slightly different approach to their educational needs. BTC provides bespoke A-Level provision, or resits, small class sizes and a more personalised approach from subject specialist teachers.

​The BTC team offers a wide range of tailored support to help students achieve both academically and with their personal wellbeing, too. In addition to 1-1 tutorial support from teachers, as a recognised UCAS centre, BTC can help students navigate their choice of future universities and careers.
